Payment options
- My standard fee is $125 for individuals (50 minute session), and $150 for couples (55 minute session). I can provide lower rates for a few patients on a case by case basis. Missed sessions without 24 hour notice (to either cancel or reschedule it) incurs a fee of $50.
You may pay for sessions by cash, check, or credit/debit cards (plus a 3% processing fee). I also routinely take credit card information to charge for sessions/missed sessions when appropriate.
Currently, I use Alma (helloAlma.com) for billing with UnitedHealthcare, Aetna, Cigna, and some associated EAPs. I will get the process started by giving Alma your email, phone, and they will email you a link to set up your insurance info and credit card for copayments and fees.
Regarding cancellations, my policy is to charge $50 for cancelled sessions with less than 24 hour notice. However, if we can reschedule for the same week, I will be happy to do so even with less than 24 hour notice.
- Using Health Insurance?
- I am a Preferred Provider for the following Insurance Companies:
|
|

***I am NOT a provider for Anthem Blue Cross and they do not allow PPO for therapy.
I can accept some PPO insurance payments where I am not in-network. In that case, I can provide you with a monthly invoice (with all necessary codes) for you to present to your insurance for reimbursement. You send it in, and they send you a check to partially reimburse you for sessions for which you've already paid.
COVERED CALIFORNIA: I can take Covered California insurance such as Molina or MHN. However, if I am not a provider for your selected insurer, I will not be able to take that Covered California plan.
